Wedgek Ceramic Sharpening Rod and Angle Guides
Amazing price for a ceramic honing rod and every possible angle guide that you might need in the kitchen.

Victorinox 8" Chef Knife

Zwilling 8-inch Traditional Chef's Knife
This 15 degree knife is incredibly comfortable for a pinch grip due to a slanted half bolster in the back.

Victorinox Fibrox 6-inch Boning Knife
A boning knife is used for fish, meat, and poultry. This one is slightly flexible and very comfortable.

Victorinox Paring Knife 3-1/4 inch
A paring knife is used for trimming things in your hands (instead of on a cutting board).

Commercial Grade Plastic Cutting Board 18 x 12 x 1/2
Great large plastic cutting board (but small enough to fit in a dishwasher). Very sturdy. Doesn't warp.

NoCry Premium Cut Resistant Gloves Food Grade
A must if you want to use a mandoline safely.

AccuSharp Knife Sharpener
A very affordable sharpener for 20 degree knives. Don't use this on Japanese knives or any other 15 degree knives (some European knives are 15 degrees these days!). It requires minimum skill to use but it comes with some downsides. It sharpens at a steep angle of about 22 degrees. It produces an ok edge. It wears out quickly. This is the kind of tool you want to get if you found yourself in an Air B&B with terribly dull knives and you want to make them usable. If you have nice knives, this tool is not for you.

Messermeister 12" Ceramic Sharpening Rod
A honing rod realigns the edge of your knives. it doesn't sharpen, if you use it daily, you'll only need to see a professional sharpener every 6-12 months. Get wedgek orange cone angle guides to make sure you hone at the correct angle. Wedgek makes a rod cone combo that is cheaper than buying them separately.

Wedgek Angle Guides for Rods with Diameter 3/8", 14 16 18 20 degrees
These guides are very helpful for figuring out the right angle when honing your knives. They make learning honing so much easier! For Japanese blades, use 14 or 16 degrees. For european blades, use 20 degrees.

Misen 3.5" Paring Knife
The Misen paring knife is sturdier than Victorinox, but it's also more expensive. Given that paring knife doesn't have that many uses, only splurge on this one if money is not tight.

Benriner Mandoline Slicer with 4 Blades
Continuously adjustable mandoline. The blade stays sharp longer than OXO, but it's harder to wash.

Misen 8" Chef Knife
Affordable 15 degree chef's knife
