We send an e-mail to the mailing list once a month when we announce new classes. Knowing when the schedule is posted is very helpful since some classes fill up very quickly.

Get on the waiting lists
The waiting lists are not ordered. When we get cancellations, we e-mail everyone on the waiting list for that class. Whoever fills out the registration form first gets the spot(s). Being on the waiting list does not obligate you to anything, so you can get on as many waiting lists as you’d like.

Frequently Asked Questions
- I registered for a class, but can’t make it. Can I send someone else in my place?
- Yes. Cooking classes are not like airline tickets -- there is no fee for transferring them to another person. Just let us know who is coming instead of you.
- I am using a gift certificate to pay for a class. If I cancel, can I use the gift certificate later?
- Gift certificate funds are applied to a class at the time of registration, so the usual cancellation policy applies.
